Appointment Cancellations We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notifying us will forfeit their deposit.
